We offer global shipping from our Berlin studio. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Germany: Flat rate $5.00 (Free over $100) Europe: Flat rate $12.00 International: Flat rate $25.00
Delivery Times
As each piece is carefully packed by hand, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Germany: 2-4 business days Europe: 5-10 business days International: 10-21 business days
Returns
We want you to love your ceramics. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Breakages
We pack our pieces with extreme care, but accidents can happen during transport. If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to hello@terramud.com within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
